Why a Women of Earth Summit?

The Women of Earth Summit springs from a longing for our innate visions to gain enough radical freedom that they come to life.

How would governance look if you designed it? Which values would feed your relationships and culture if you could reinvent them from scratch? Where would the children play? What currency would you exchange? Those questions carry enough potential to reinvent every facet of social and cultural interaction.

The Summit is not a festival. Neither is it a class. There is no teacher or guru. Our foundation is a context of radically responsible collaborative creation.

Women of Earth Summit is a magnet for feminine inventors, thinkers, feelers, healers, adulthood initiators, and regenerative infrastructure builders to weave themselves into a team of women that does whatever it takes so that each of us wins. These days and nights are dedicated to on-the-ground no-nonsense next-steps and new beginnings. We can do this, because we are being it together.

One context

The Women of Earth Summit is held in the radically responsible context of Archiarchy using mainly the distinctions and tools of Possibility Management for holding and navigating the spaces of research, transformation and creation.

Vera Franco - one of the organizers of the Summit - wrote an inspiring article clearly laying out what we mean by radical responsibility in contrast with other levels of responsibility. You can read the article here.

Archiarchy is the culture that naturally emerges as Matriarchy and Patriarchy have run their course. Possibility Management is a evolutionary experimental context that specialize in developing thoughtware - the filter that we use to interact with the world - for regenerative cultures on Earth. In other words, how do we upgrade our capacity to take joyful and ecstatic responsibility as an adult for the things we want to exist?

For more than 50 years, thousands of people have been researching, inventing and evolving new ways to think-with needed for living in regenerative culture within this context.

In the last decade or so, more and more cultural creatives have excitedly use some of the tools, practices, distinctions and processes of Possibility Management for boosting their own projects.

The Summit introduces some of these tools for you to pick and choose the ones most adept for igniting your project.

3 Dimensions.

Collaborative Empowerment

Women are natural collaborators. However, it turns out that some of us are somewhat rusted on our ability to call forth each other's vision due to a lack of practices and a culture that encourage competition over collaboration.

Collaborative empowerment goes beyond excitement and encouragement for each other's projects. We practice asking the difficult questions, giving real time feedback and coaching, making time to listen to each other's beings, invoking the potential even when it is scary to be seen and called into action. We hold space for emotional healing processes. We learn to empower each other by combining our knacks and talents in diverse domains.

Each woman who come to the Summit is an immense treasure of nonmaterial value. It is possible that nobody ever invoke this potential in you. We cannot wait to see it!

Building Growness That Replaces Business

Grownesses do not fit into the modern culture’s law of profit or into any modern culture ideas about money, productivity, value or 'the economy'.

A Growness is a new relationship with what to place at the center of your life. Think about it, do you work for money? Why? Maybe because you think you need money to live. What would you do if you did not live in the prison that you need money to live? What would you create? We discovered that most people would create a Growness.

Grownesses are centered on Nonmaterial Value, which contrary to material resources are endless. Better than, they grow as you give them away. The more you provide nonmaterial value to others the more value exists. Nonmaterial Value is the currency of the future. Nonmaterial Value are things such as Initiation, Transformation, Empowerment, Community, Respect, Creation, Discovery, Healing, Evolution, Compassion, or Clarity.

The Women of Earth context takes place in the growing up process from devouring planet Earth as if we own it, to collaborating to regenerate planet Earth because we are it.

A Culture Of Healing & Transformation

If you have seriously considered (and tried to overcome) what blocks human beings from loving each other better or creating structures that serve their vision of life, you might come to the same conclusion as us: emotional fears and lack of cultural initiation into adulthood are our strongest hindrances.

During the Summit, we use our emotional and thinking blocks, not for analysis, but for stepping stones into transformation. New aliveness is liberated through the process of transformation. This our newly available energy can be redirected towards our creations.

We have been using Emotional Healing Processes for the past 15 years with miraculous results. It truly works! The moment you peal off the emotional blocks to your potential, your energy starts flowing naturally. It was always there! Waiting for you to unleash its power.
