For 3 days, we gather in nature to empower each other into our radiance.
The Women of Earth Residency is a place for the bigness of your heart and vision to be heard and met by other women who can hold space for you. The intelligence and abundance of your love for the world is where a new womanhood emerges.
Each of us has a piece of the puzzle. With simple distinctions and processes, new parts of you blossom to join the collective weaving of a new culture.
This Residency is open to women with or without Possibility Management or Embodied Freedom experience, offering a chance to dive deep with women walking beside each other into the future.
Three Dimensions.
Collaborative Empowerment
We practice Collaborative Empowerment among women, which goes beyond mere excitement and encouragement for each other's projects. We experiment with radical vulnerability and honesty in creating a new culture among women.
Nonmaterial Value
The Women of Earth Residency is centered on Nonmaterial Value, which contrary to material resources, are endless. The Residency is a center for taking hold of new regenerative value systems.
Healing & Transformation
During the Residency, we use our emotional and thinking blocks, not for analysis, but for stepping stones into transformation. When we access our newly available energy, we redirect it towards our creations.
Radical Empowerment
The Women of Earth Residency is held in the radically responsible context of Archiarchy using mainly the distinctions and tools of Possibility Management for holding and navigating the spaces of research, transformation and creation.

Archiarchy is the culture that naturally emerges as Matriarchy and Patriarchy have run their course. Possibility Management is a evolutionary experimental context that specialize in developing thoughtware - the filter that we use to interact with the world - for regenerative cultures on Earth. In other words, how do we upgrade our capacity to take joyful and ecstatic responsibility as an adult for the things we want to exist?
For more than 50 years, thousands of people have been researching, inventing and evolving new ways to think-with needed for living in regenerative culture within this context.
In the last decade or so, more and more cultural creatives have excitedly use some of the tools, practices, distinctions and processes of Possibility Management for boosting their own projects.
