The ticket for accommodation and food for 2 nights and 3 days is $450 or 230 Euro.

The ticket does not include transportation to and from the Residency.

Start: Friday 3rd of January 2026

• 12pm-2pm: Arrival time

• 1.30pm: Opening the Village sessions

End: Sunday, 18th January at 2pm

• 2.30pm: Closing the Village session

• 4pm: End and exit the venue

The lodge is a little over 1h from Nelson airport by car, offering easy access and inclusion into nature.

More information and collaborative options about getting to the Women of Earth Summit will be announced here and on the logistics pack you will receive after your registration.

Rotoiti Lodge offers dormitory, 3-people bedrooms and a camp ground.

During the Women of Earth Residency, we prepare our own food together with the support of a kitchen manager.

Food is vegetarian, locally sourced and as much as possible, organic. We accommodate meals for food intolerance and allergies.

Your ticket covers accommodation and food for 2 nights and 3 days, including dinner on the 3rd of January and lunch on the 5th of January.

As we get closer to the Women of Earth Residency, you will receive a logistics pack with all information about what what you might need during the Residency, both material and nonmaterial stuff.
