The Women of Earth Residency springs from a longing for letting your bigness and your natural genius radiace play full out with other big and radiant women.

In Patriarchy we were taught to be small, to compete with other women, to secretly undermine them, compare yourself to them, or put them on a pedestal. Or to not shine bright in fear that some other woman would feel small.

How many women are competent at being unapologetically big and generous and ecstatically collaborate with other women who have their power and authority? How many women have experienced being met in their highest dignity, while also allowing the mess of the vulnerable and raw experimentation? How many have stripped themselves of all the masks, realised that they are another creature altogether that is hungry for something that has not existed yet, and have walked new steps with a fierce field of loving women behind her who do not take her bullshit?

What is a Women of Earth Residency?

The Residency is not a festival. Neither is it a class. There is no teacher or guru. Our foundation is a context of radically responsible collaborative creation.

The Women of Earth Residency is a magnet for feminine inventors, thinkers, feelers, healers, adulthood initiators, and regenerative infrastructure builders to weave themselves into a team of women that does whatever it takes so that each of us wins. These days and nights are dedicated to on-the-ground no-nonsense next-steps and new beginnings. We can do this, because we are being it together.

What happens during the Residency?

The 3-days is a mix of Village Spaces (where we are all together), Open Spaces (follow your impulses to participate in one of the spaces offered), shared meals, and evenings gathering. 

The Open Spaces offerings range from Embodies Freedom movement space, Conscious Rage spaces, Project Empowerment spaces, Healing spaces, Intimacy spaces. The full program will be announced in the next month or so.

Women of Earth Movement

Women of Earth is a global movement powered by the distinctions of Possibility Management, offering a path of initiation for women to graduate from patriarchy and step into Archiarchy—a regenerative culture that emerges beyond traditional systems. The movement is grounded in radical responsibility, authentic adulthood initiations, and building new culture with nonmaterial value and collaborative intelligence.

Women in this context are transformers, healers, Rage Club spaceholders, gameworld builders, culture designers, and team players, holding space for each other and for Archiarchy.

Women of Earth, through these invitations, invite you - women - to awaken your agency, your creative collaboration, and the intelligence of your clarity.
