Dear Women of New Zealand (and beyond),

For a long time I have been going to conscious festivals, Ecovillage gatherings, and consciousness-related conferences from the time I was working in the Findhorn Community. And I noticed that these events that are incredible meeting spots of talented geniuses, are so limited in the way they empower its participants. 

These events are mostly a space where celebrity speakers do their run-of-the-mill celebrity speaking while others get to consume and at best be inspired; a place to ‘network’ (meaning to fatten your list of potential clients), and at worse have sophisticated context wars where one modality fights another for a place of prestige. 

In none of these cases there is true collaboration and empowerment. This is where the stand for the Women of Earth Residency comes from. What if it could be possible to create a space where people with different modalities, questions, customs, researches, talents, could come together and use whatever it is they have developed to empower other edge workers that might have similar or completely different domains of research? The answer that Anne-Chloé and I had for this was “let’s find out!”. It was very clear to us that Women were more easily able to enter this radically collaborative space, and we started dreaming up a Women of Earth Gathering in Brazil as a pilot. But ECCO had other plans with Sybille’s clear necessity of empowering young Women and herself to go to the next level. The WoE Residency was born!

Maybe you have been thinking that the Women of Earth Residency is not for you because you are not a ‘formal’ spaceholder, or you do not already have your own project, or that what your questions and research is not very clear, or thought through.

The Residency is not a ‘show and tell’ space for Women who already know how it goes. It is not a space to get more clients. It is a space where you can take your research, your project, your Quest-ions—regardless of its stage of development—and hire a group of radically committed Women to empower your next step, while doing the same for them.

So if for example you have been tinkering with your non-material value for a while and mainly being that value only to your family, the Residency is a space where you could open to offer your genius to others. If you have been a successful spaceholder, and you want to find more possibilities to expand new dimensions of your Being, the Residency could be a place for these new parts of your Lineage to get invoked into life. If you have been struggling to discover what the heck is your Being really about and how to express and apply its clarity to serve something bigger than yourself, then the Residency could be the place where you experiment expressing and see the results. It could also be that you have been looking to develop your particular kind of healing and have healing of your own to do to unlock your healer potentials. The Residency is also a space for healing so you can unfold your next step on your path.

The Women of Earth Residency is also for women who do not know anything about Possibility Management and Embodied Freedom, and want to experience being in a field of radically empowering women, from completely different cultures and gameworlds.
